High-polished 10K gold-filled medical alert charm measures 11/16" (almost the size of a quarter). It is included at no extra cost with the purchase of a gold medical alert bracelet or a gold medical alert anklet.

Engraving Options:
Option 1: If your medical information is brief, six lines of text can be engraved directly onto the metal of the medical alert charm, with or without red fill. Complete the section for "Engraving on Metal"; OR
Option 2: If your medical information is lengthy, eight lines of engraving on your choice of a red, white or black disc (as displayed) permanently glued onto the back of the medical alert charm. Complete the section for "Engraving on Disc."
IMPORTANT: Punctuation and spaces are "characters." Please do not force engraving to fit by omitting spaces and punctuation. DO NOT use abbreviations that only you know what they mean. The characters provided in each template are the MAXIMUM allowed. Remember: medical alert bracelets are meant to provide valuable information to medical professionals in the event you are unable to speak for yourself.
Unless a customer purchased a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet from Alert Medical Bracelets or Body Illuminations, medical alert charms and medical alert tags cannot be purchased without the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet. We do NOT provided free medical alert tags or medical alert charms without the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet from Alert Medical Bracelets.
Interchangeable bracelet strands and interchangeable anklet strands do not include medical alert tags and medical alert charms, free or upgraded.
